到葡萄酒莊試酒Wine Tasting並不稀奇，不過到位處偏僻，而且海拔高達550公尺的葡萄園酒莊試酒，就比較特別了。在義大利佛羅倫斯地區，接近Siena，位於Radda in Chianti與Gaiole in Chianti之間，海拔550公尺處，有一家Istine酒莊。這家酒莊的莊主是Angela Fronti，女性，事實上這個酒莊的主要工作人員也都是女性，主持試酒的也是女性。他們家族本來是幫托斯卡尼地區酒莊管理，並沒有自己的酒莊，不過Angela Fronti說服家族，要擁有自己的酒莊，並且在2009年推出第一款葡萄酒。

2026年5月28日下午，Gold Note老闆開車帶我們到他推薦的這個酒莊。Istine酒莊很偏僻，開車走的是鄉間小路，一路往上繞，一直到海拔550公尺處，所以他們有一款酒的名稱就是550。他們在當地擁有三區葡萄園，分別是Vigna Istine（海拔550公尺）、Vigna Casanova dell'Air（海拔約500公尺），以及Vinga Cavarchione（海拔約430公尺）。園內高度落差大約100公尺，所以工作起來特別辛苦。這個地區的土質屬於Galestro與Alberese岩石風化，相當特殊，所以釀出來的葡萄酒風味有特色。

Istine的釀造方式很特殊，先將葡萄放在水泥槽中長達幾週浸泡，再裝在傳統大橡木桶中Aging。在Chianti地區，傳統上都是混釀，也就是將不同葡萄種類混合釀造。Istine也有混釀酒，不過他們也推出三種單一葡萄園葡萄酒。另外還取三區葡萄園最好的葡萄混釀成Chianti Classico Riserva Le Vinge，這是他們的頂級酒。

想要試酒，必須事先預約，並且準時到達，因為酒莊的空間有限，一次只能容納十幾人，大家依約到達，一起試酒。試酒前，會先帶領大家繞葡萄園，講解葡萄株與土壤，講完之後才回到酒莊開始試酒。可惜並沒有帶我們去看釀酒的地方。根據主持人說，這裡會有狼出沒，她就見過。奇怪，這裡並非森林，怎麼會有狼呢？義大利葡萄園有狼出沒，這還是第一次聽到。酒莊主人還養了四頭驢子，讓牠們自由走動，我們去時看到二頭，也蠻新鮮的。

Istine是獨立酒莊，所謂獨立酒莊是要經過義大利獨立酒莊聯合會（FIVI - Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti）認證的，必須自己種的葡萄，自己釀造，自己裝瓶，不能買別人的葡萄汁或酒來混。此外，莊主必須親自參與葡萄酒的種植、釀造、行銷等。在酒莊內還可以看到一個黑公雞標誌，那代表這個地區Chianti Classico DOCG的官方認證。

試酒時，會提供麵包、礦泉水、三個杯子，總共試了8種不同的葡萄酒。主持人慢慢介紹各種酒的特色，讓我們瞭解，並且品嚐。當然您不必全部喝完，可以將酒倒在桌上的小桶中，用礦泉水漱口，再繼續喝。每個人費用多少？50歐元。這個酒莊的酒貴嗎？我有拍價格表。
